Following the merger of two Parisian firms, P2C France and Lerapprochement.com, P2C-Le Rapprochement was created in January 2006.
The arrival of new partners then created a new company, known today as P2C-PARTNERS.
With over 20 years experience, P2C-PARTNERS is today the firm favoured by managers and directors. Working on sales, mergers, and acquisition projects, on behalf of small, mid and large cap companies, P2C-PARTNERS works in a variety of fields all over France.

Having managed companies for more than 30 years, Pierre founded P2C-PARTNERS in 1997 as a result of the merging of P2C-France and LeRapprochement.com.
Pierre has a Masters degree in financial management (University of Nice – Sophia-Antipolis) and also a degree in Business Law (University of Nice – Sophia-Antipolis).
Business sales and acquisitions advisor for 9 years in the construction industry and health sectors, Thierry joined P2C-Partners in 2013.
Thierry has a Masters in Business Consultancy (Paris XIII Villetaneuse) and a Masters in Business Management (Economic Sciences, Paris I Sorbonne).
Jonathan began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a financial services auditor. In 2005, he joined the Saint-Gobain Group as an internal auditor in the construction materials distribution sector, where he operated both in France and abroad on a Group scope.
Following this experience, he turned to HR consultancy and joined a large Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm to evolve as a consultant in auditing, and consultancy and accountancy services.
Bringing his experience in finance, sales, and HR, Jonathan joined P2C-PARTNERS as a consultant in 2012.
Jonathan graduated from EUROMED (ESC-Marseille-Provence) and the Aarhus School of Business (Denmark).
After working in venture capital in Nancy, and time in Luxembourg in the Financial Reports department of an Investment Funds Administration company, Nicolas joined P2C-Partners as a consultant in September 2015.
Nicolas oversees the commissioning and implementing of mandates, and works with executives in their acquisition and sales operations.
Nicolas has a Masters in Corporate Finance from the ICN Business School.
With his master’s degree in negotiation and business finance from Kedge Business School, Jean-Victor has increased financial and commercial missions in mergers-acquisitions as well as in other sectors such as real estate, industry and hospitality.
Supported by a solid background in business management and finance, Jean-Victor joined P2C-Partners as a consultant in 2015. His role is to support company directors in their business sales and transfers projects, in order to find them the most relevant buyers.
